The holiday season looks a little different in Florida than in other parts of the country. But, the Bay Food Brokerage family is excited to celebrate what’s most important in the coming weeks and all year long. Our food brokerage company works hard to provide nourishment and comfort to the entire region. We never want to lose sight of what makes our community, team and families special.

Gratitude
We believe in taking stock of what’s good as often as possible. Sometimes, however, we forget to say it out loud. Keep an eye out for a video from our Bay Food Brokerage family, dropping on Monday on Facebook and LinkedIn. We asked everyone in the company to share what they’re most grateful for — and some of their answers may surprise and delight you.
Our food brokerage company is proud to serve the Tampa Bay area and the entire Southeast. Thank you to our manufacturer clients and retail partners for working with us as we nurture our Core Values of client satisfaction, hard work, family and giving back.
Service
The Bay Food Brokerage company has an annual tradition of supporting Metropolitan Ministries to help at-risk and homeless families. Metropolitan Ministries is a local nonprofit devoted to alleviating homelessness and poverty in our community. We’ve sorted barrels of food items, made meal boxes for hundreds of families and volunteered in other capacities.
This year, our food brokerage company is bringing back our holiday collection boxes in our office to donate to families in need. We’re collecting nonperishable foods and toys so families and kids can fully enjoy the holiday season together. Our collection boxes are taking donations through December.
Our Bay Food Brokerage family is also showing up in person for the community. On November 18 and December 22, we’ll be volunteering at Metropolitan Ministries’ Holiday Tent. It’s a labor of love and a giant endeavor that allows families in need to shop for free gifts and meal items.
Celebration
By the end of the year, we’re all ready to take a beat and celebrate our many blessings. Bay Food Brokerage co-founder, president and CEO Cammie Chatterton is opening her home again for our annual staff Christmas party in December. We also look forward to celebrating our team, manufacturing partners and retailers at a Casino Night party!
